Desktop Management includes

- Antivirus – automated scans and definition updates
- Monitoring of CPU, memory, disk and eventlog

Managed Servers and Network Devices
File/Print Server, App Server, Exchange, AD, SQL Servers, DB Servers, Phone Servers

Hourly Instant Support
Clients utilizing our pay as you go service typically do not a have strong or recurring need for constant on-site technical support.  They do however need assistance when issues arise that they are apprehensive or unable to tackle by themselves.

Support Blocks
Clients utilizing our Support Blocks have a known technical support need for an on-site support person on basis anywhere from 
16 hours a month to a week or two a month

Full Contract Support
Long Term on-site personnel for a minimum contract duration of 6 months with a minimum of 40hrs per month.

Managed Service

Full Managed IT support without the onsite requirement.  With the advances of Remote Support Technology, the requirements for an Onsite technician are decreasing.  These tools provide a full system picture of a devices, including drive status, memory and processor utilization, installed applications, patch health and much more.
